GOP Sens. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Susan Collins of Maine are shirking their "duty" by saying that whoever wins the election should nominate the next Supreme Court justice, House Judiciary Committee member Matt Gaetz, R-Fla. told "Tucker Carlson Tonight" Monday.
